Hospital ran out of space in the mortuary so stored bodies in a refrigerated lorry parked next to the bins

Queen's Hospital in Burton, Staffordshire, admitted it did not tell relatives about the refrigerated lorry (pictured). The hospital said it dealt with an unprecedented number of deaths over Easter.
